Procurement Project Manager
Squalio team is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Procurement Project Manager who wants to be part of a fast-paced environment and achieve success stories together. You will be responsible for keeping track of the local and international procurement databases and informing management and the sales department about ongoing procurements.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of the local and international procurement projects and participate in the open procurement evaluation process.
- Prepare, collect, and coordinate all of the necessary procurement documentation and ensure successful submission of the procurement offer.
- Keep the management informed about the ongoing and suitable tenders.
- Work with local and international procurement systems.
- Ensure successful communication and information exchange between the involved parties.
- Maintain and update CRM system.
Requirements
- Demonstrable previous work in procurement process management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, legal background will be considered an advantage.
- A true interest in working in the IT segment.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Lithuanian skills.
- Previous experience with international procurement projects will be considered an advantage.
